How many ways can you keep your trick-or-treating children safe this Halloween? There are dozens, but one of the best is to simply illuminate your costumed child!
To do exactly that, National Honor Society students at Spaulding High School are helping parents “light up” their children by handing out free glow sticks on Halloween night in downtown Barre.
The glow sticks, purchased through “coin drop” donation tubes placed in classrooms at Spaulding, will be handed out free on Main Street directly in front of Nelson Brothers hardware store, until supplies run out. The students will also be distributing a Halloween Safety Tip Sheet.
The 40 Spaulding members of the National Honor Society want your children to “Be Safe!” this Halloween.
