On Tuesday, May 13th at 7pm Beth Jacob Synagogue welcomes Hope Tumukunde, vice mayor of Kigali, Rwanda for a talk about reconciliation twenty years after the Rwandan genocide.
Ms. Tumukunde is here in Vermont to further nurture and extend the good working relationships already taking place between many Vermonters and the people of Rwanda.
