DEFORGE, DAVID LEO, 59, born to Clyde and Dolores (Crozzoli) DeForge in Montpelier, passed away on March 31, in Missoula, Mont., after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Phlypo, and her immediate family; his mother, Dolores DeForge; sister Barbara (DeForge) DeWitt and husband Gary; brother Steven “Bear” DeForge; and his aunt and uncle, Barbara (Crozzoli) Conner and Theodore Conner, and their families. He was predeceased in death by his father, Clyde Leo DeForge, and father-in-law, Charlie Phlypo. A gathering will be held to celebrate Dave’s life in the coming summer.
