David Charles Melendy, 71, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2022 at the Mclure-Miller Respite House, of complications from a recent stroke. David was the son of Irving (Lum) and Marylin Melendy, born on September 23, 1951, in Burlington, VT. David loved music and spent endless hours in his room listening to all the latest bands. He rarely missed a chance to go to a concert in and around Burlington. He never lost his love of music. David leaves behind his siblings, son and extended family. Visiting hours were held on Friday, November 18, 2022, at the Shelburne Funeral Chapel of Corbin and Palmer, 209 Falls Road Shelburne, Vermont 05482 A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
