QUINTANA, RENA J. GIULIARI, 91, of Chaplin, Conn., passed away January 29. Born in Italy, she came to the United States in 1929, and she and her family settled in Barre. She was a graduate of Spaulding High School and attended Burlington Business College. In 1947, she married Andrew Quintana and later moved to Chaplin, Conn. where they founded Quintana’s Memorials, which continues as a family-run business today. She was predeceased by her husband, Andrew, and brother, Bruno. She is survived by her daughters, Andrea Quintana and Linda Pelletier and her husband, Kenneth; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; her two older sisters, Linda and Maria; along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends, all who will miss her spirit and kind heart.
