EMERSON, CHERYL ELSIBETH, 73, of Cumberland Furnace, Tenn., died on July 26, at Gateway Medical Center. She was born on Aug. 7, 1939, in Indianapolis, to the late Clifford Baker and Vera Lehr Baker. No services are planned. Cheryl was an electrical technician for Bombardier Corp. She is survived by her husband, Paul H. Emerson, of Cumberland Furnace, Tenn.; five sons, Kent Wheatly, of McMinnville, Tenn., David Wheatly (Patti), of Rougemont, N.C., Michael McAdams (Lisa), of Orange, Randy Emerson (Annette), of Cunningham, Tenn., and Daren Emerson (Crystal) of Barre; sister Paulette Baker, of Oscoda, Mich.; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
