In 1963, Lucienne was employed at National Life Insurance Co. in the cafeteria department, and later was the manager of the cafeteria department at St. Monica Catholic School in Barre, until her retirement. She was also a caregiver for the elderly, for many years. Her memberships included St. Monica Catholic Church in Barre, where she served as Eucharistic Minister for many years; Ladies of St. Anne Society, where she served as president; and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court St. Monica #1181.
