Mr. and Mrs. Michael Menard of Waterbury, Vermont announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Lynn Menard to Matthew Barrett, son of Mr. James Barrett and Ms. Margaret Barrett of Queensbury, NY.
Ms. Menard graduated from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy and received her Master’s Degree from Norwich University. Emily is a Study Abroad Program Coordinator for the University at Albany, in New York. Mr. Barrett attended Norwich University and is the CEO of Barrett Transportation Services, Inc.
A fall 2016 Wedding is planned in Ireland.
