The new Jiffy Mart on the E. Montpelier Road in Montpelier held a spectacular ribbon-cutting last Tuesday hosted by the C.V. Chamber of Commerce and attended by over 15 officials of Global Partners, Jiffy Mart, Ramundo’s Pizza, vendors and staff.
