Mr. Gerald Flanders and Nancy Lavery, of Fairfax are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Hutchins, to Craig Premont, son of Laura and David Delcore of Montpelier and Henry Premont of Williamstown.
Jessica, also the daughter of the late Deborah DiCarlo, is a 1999 graduate of Missisquoi Valley Union High School. Craig is a 2002 graduate of Montpelier High School.
Both share a home in East Montpelier and are employed at Keurig Green Mountain. A July 2016 wedding is planned.
