Ted and Nancy Fecteau of Barre, VT would like to announce that their daughter, Rosemary, an English teacher at Skowhegan Area High School in Skowhegan, Maine, will be married to Ryan Libby, a mathematics teacher at Skowhegan Area High School in Skowhegan, Maine. Rosemary holds a M.S. in education and Ryan holds a MS in educational leadership. Both have taught at Skowhegan Area High School in MSAD/RSU54 for the past 10 years. Ryan is the son of Timothy and Sheila Libby of Norridgewock, Maine. A July 2016 wedding is planned in Norridgewock, Maine.
