The Barre Lions Club recently hosted the Spaulding Division I Girls Hockey Champions and their coaches at The Canadian Club. Barre Lions King Lion, Mark Tatro, Lucas Herring, and Rick Theken joined the celebration. The Lions presented the team with certificates of appreciation. The Crimson Tide was undefeated in their season and beat Burlington/Colchester 4-1 in the Championship Game.
