With May’s municipal voting completing this year’s cycle of local decision-making about community support, the People's Health & Wellness Clinic would like to thank the voters of the following cities and towns for their ongoing support of our mission: Barre City, Barre Town, Berlin, Cabot, Calais, East Montpelier, Fayston, Marshfield, Middlesex, Montpelier, Moretown, Northfield, Orange, Plainfield, Roxbury, Waitsfield, Warren, Washington, Waterbury, Williamstown, Woodbury, and Worcester.
Any central Vermont resident who is without health insurance, or underinsured, and meets our income guidelines (300% or less of the Federal Poverty Level) can receive primary and preventive health care and wellness education from the Clinic.
The Clinic is open Monday through Thursday, including Monday and Thursday evening clinics. Call 802-479-1229 for an appointment.
