SMITH, JEFFERY, A., 47, of Randolph Center, died November 1 at Gifford Medical Center. He was born Nov. 20, 1964, in Barre, the son of Bryant and Laurette (Roberts) Smith. A lifetime area resident, he graduated from Randolph High School and had helped with recycling in Randolph village. He enjoyed country music, shopping and spending time at Camp Thorpe in Goshen. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church. Survivors include his mother, of Randolph Center; brother Timothy Smith, of Southampton, N.Y.; and several cousins. He was predeceased by his father and his brother William Smith.
