JORDAN, ALBERT H., 64, of Montpelier, died September 24, at Central Vermont Hospital. He was born in Gardiner, Maine, on Feb. 29, 1944, the son of Albert H. Jordan, Sr and Florence C. (Cavanagh) Jordan. He was educated in several schools and graduated from Spaulding High School in 1962. After high school, Albert spent a short time in the United States Air Force. After leaving the service, he worked for Vermont Castings, however most of his career was as an offset printer for Capital City Press. Most recently he worked for J.A. McDonald Paving Company as a traffic controller. He was a member of St. Augustine Church. Albert was an active outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Survivors include his mother Florence C. Jordan of Montpelier, but currently at Rowan Court Nursing Home; sister Muriel Goldberg and husband James; nephew, Christopher Eaton and wife Sabine, and their son, Alexander Eaton; niece, Leslie Ann Baker and husband Timothy; and several cousins. He also leaves behind the beloved family cat, Lucky.
