PARKER, JANE SICELY, 59, died in Citrus County, Fla., on August 28. Born in Montpelier on Feb. 16, 1949, Jane was the daughter of the late Maurice and Grace (Morrill) Sicely. She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1966 and later from Johnson State College in 1970. She married Jerry Parker on Sept. 16, 1972. After graduating from college, she worked for the state of Vermont in the finance department for 30 years until she and her husband retired in 2000, when they moved to Crystal River, Fla. She enjoyed socializing at her book club, golf and spending time with her cats. She is survived by her husband Jerry of Crystal River, Fla.; son Seth Parker and his wife Jackie of Durham, N.C.; and sister-in-law Jan LaPerle of Barre.
