RYAN, MICHAEL L., 42
RYAN, MICHAEL L., 42, of Montpelier, passed away December 5, at his home. Born in Burlington Nov. 21, 1968, he was the son of James and Linda (Hathaway) Ryan. Michael attended schools in South Burlington and was a 1968 graduate of South Burlington High School, with high honors. He also attended Champlain College. After his schooling, he was employed at UPS for over 20 years where he was shop steward for the Local #597 in Berlin. He also owned and operated his own business as a landscaper and lawn care. On Oct. 27, 1995, he married Nicole Scudero in Bolton. Among his interests were fishing, camping, music and playing his guitar and driving his Mustang, but most of all he enjoyed spending precious time with his family. He was a very active member of the Faith Community Church in Barre where he enjoyed playing in the Worship Band. Survivors include his wife, Nicole Scudero of Randolph; his parents, James and his wife, Linda of Williston; one daughter, Amber Mosher and husband, Eric of South Burlington; two sons, Brandon and Jordan Ryan, both of Randolph. He is also survived by one sister, Lori Darling and husband, Jack of South Burlington; one grandson; as well as aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Donald and Mildred Hathaway, Leonard and Georgiana Ryan.
