Show Your Support for Jon Anderson

Although I now live in Middlesex, but was brought up in Montpelier, I’m writing to show my support of Jon Anderson’s election to the Vermont House of Representatives as a representative for the City of Montpelier.
For many years now, Jon and his wife Betsy have been very active in Montpelier, and supportive of many new and needed initiatives. Just to name one on which I worked with Jon, he has spent countless hours trying to get a new transportation center built in Montpelier. For a variety of reasons, it hasn’t been easy going, and is probably still a long way off. However, if it wasn’t for Jon’s perseverance, the project would be dead by now. With the price of gasoline what it is today, doesn’t it make sense to invest more in public transportation? Thanks Jon for not giving up on this project!
I was very pleased when Jon was appointed to fill a vacant seat last year in the Vermont House of Representatives. He is a very capable articulate legislator who considers all the facts involved in any issue, and then votes his conscience, which is not necessarily the party line.
Jon will be involved in a primary election in September, so don’t wait until November to show your support for Jon Anderson.
