WELCH, JUDITH SCOTT
WELCH, JUDITH SCOTT, of Williamstown, died October 5 at Fletcher Allen Hospital. She leaves behind a daughter, Allyson Sironi, grandson Gage Sironi, brother Guy Welch and wife Elaine, sister Rebecca of Waltham, Mass., and many cherished friends. She was born in Barre, Nov. 28, 1940, grew up in Worcester, and attended Montpelier High School. She earned a degree in education at Johnson State College and a master's degree in behavioral science at the University of Vermont. She worked for many years as both teacher and designing programs for special needs students at several schools in the state of Vermont.
