MASON, FRANK, 88

MASON, FRANK, 88, artist and beloved instructor at the Art Students League of New York for 57 years, died June 16. Recognized by the Knights of St. John of Malta for his paintings on the life of St. Anthony of Padua which hang in the church of San Giovanni di Malta in Venice, Italy. He is survived by his wife Anne, sons Arden Mason and Crispin Connery, and hundreds of devoted students and artists. Frank and his wife spent their summers at their Peacham home.
