TULLAR, JAMES A., 65
TULLAR, JAMES A., 65, of Corinth, died June 18 at his home, after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Hanover, N.H., on Oct. 9, 1943 the son of Merlin A. and Iva A. (Bassett) Tullar of Corinth. He served in the U.S. Army from 1962-1968. On Nov. 3, 1962, he married Carolyn Fleming of Middlebury. They lived their entire married lives in Corinth; Mrs. Tullar died in 1997. He was for many years an over-the-road truck driver, working for Decato Bros., Workspace Inc., Bradford Oil and Perry's. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and riding the back roads. Mr. Tullar is survived by his sons Randall Tullar of Chelsea and Jeffrey Tullar of Randolph Ctr; two brothers, Albert of Elkhart Ind., David of Corfu, N.Y.; a sister, Carla A. Van Meeveren of Bellflower, Calif.; four grandchildren; his companion, Penny Vance of Topsham; and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Glen.
