Montpelier Fire Fighters Begin First Fundraising Campaign

The Montpelier Fire Fighters Union, IAFF Local #2287 will be conducting their first ever telemarketing fundraising campaign to benefit their Charity Account. This campaign will run approximately 4-6 weeks, and the hours will be from 9:00am to 8:30pm, Monday through Friday.
All phone calls are placed from our temporary office, which is located at 16 Main St. in Plainfield. Any questions, comments, or concerns should be directed towards Lt. Larrabee, President of Local #2287, or Lt. Quinn, Vice-President of Local #2287. They can be reached by calling the Montpelier Fire Department at 802-229-4913.
The Montpelier Fire Fighters will also be hosting a Comedy Caravan Show on Saturday, August 22nd, 7:30pm at the Montpelier Elks Lodge, located at 203 Country Club Rd. Tickets to this event can be purchased for $10 each by calling 802-454-1367.
We will also be publishing our 2010 Fire Safety Calendar, which will be distributed free of charge, throughout the community.
The Montpelier Fire Fighters Union's Charity Account provides financial assistance to numerous charitable agencies and organizations. The fire fighters of the IAFF Local #2287 wish to thank everyone for their support in putting together their first ever fundraiser.
